Booking Policy

Where a patient cancels, reschedules, or fails to attend three or more appointments within a 12-month period, we reserve the right to decline future bookings or restrict access to our online booking system at our discretion. We will notify you if this restriction is applied.

Where a treatment is booked using a gift voucher or as part of a pre-purchased package, the same cancellation terms apply. Vouchers and package credits forfeited under the cancellation policy cannot be reinstated. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on our website. Bookings made before any change are governed by the policy in force at the time of booking. This policy was last updated March 2026.
