Terms of service

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking. By making a booking with Longeva Clinic you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you (the patient or client) and Longeva Clinic, Unit 1 Chichester Court, Milnrow Road, Rochdale, OL16 1UG ('we', 'us', 'our'). Our pharmacist Alicia Barker is registered with the GPhC (2241860).

1. Our services

Longeva Clinic provides private pharmacist-led clinical and aesthetic services. All clinical services are subject to a suitability assessment before treatment is carried out. We reserve the right to decline to provide any service where, in our clinical judgement, it would not be appropriate, safe, or in your best interests.

Services involving prescription-only medicines require the involvement of a registered prescriber who will carry out an independent assessment. The decision to prescribe rests solely with the prescriber and cannot be guaranteed in advance of assessment.

We do not provide emergency medical services. In an emergency, call 999.

2. Booking and appointments

Appointments must be booked in advance. Same-day appointments are not available.

Some treatments require a consultation appointment before treatment can proceed. This will be clearly indicated on the relevant service page. We reserve the right to require a consultation for any treatment at our clinical discretion.

You must be 18 years of age or over to book independently. Bookings for children must be made by a parent or legal guardian who must accompany the child to their appointment.

By completing a booking you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Providing false or incomplete medical information may affect your safety and the quality of your care.

We reserve the right to amend, reschedule, or cancel appointment slots at any time. Where we do so we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and offer a suitable alternative.

Patients are advised to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time to allow for any pre-treatment checks or paperwork. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are as displayed on our website at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change our prices. Price changes will not affect confirmed and paid bookings.

Full payment is required at the time of your appointment unless a deposit arrangement has been agreed at booking.

Deposits are required for certain treatments. Deposit amounts are displayed on the relevant service booking page. Deposits form part of the total treatment cost.

We accept debit card, credit card, and bank transfer. Buy now pay later (Klarna) is available for eligible aesthetic treatments over £150.

Prescription medication costs are separate from consultation fees and will be confirmed at or before your appointment.

All prices include VAT where applicable.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

Our full Booking and Cancellation Policy applies to all appointments and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. A summary is set out below — please refer to the full Booking and Cancellation Policy for complete details.

More than 48 hours' notice: full refund of any deposit. No further charge.

24–48 hours' notice: deposit forfeited. No further charge.

Less than 24 hours' notice: deposit forfeited. A late cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost may apply where no deposit was taken.

Non-attendance with no notice: deposit forfeited. Full treatment cost may be charged where materials were prepared in advance.

5. Clinical suitability and consent

All treatments are subject to a pre-treatment clinical assessment to confirm your suitability. We reserve the right to decline treatment where we consider it clinically inappropriate, regardless of prior booking.

You must give your informed consent before any clinical treatment or procedure. Consent must be freely given after you have received clear information about the treatment, its risks, benefits, and alternatives. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time before or during treatment.

For injectable aesthetic treatments, written consent will be obtained at your appointment. Please read all consent documentation carefully and ask any questions before signing.

6. Medical information and aftercare

You must inform us of all relevant medical history, current medications, supplements, and allergies before treatment. Failure to disclose relevant information that results in an adverse outcome may affect your ability to bring a claim.

You must inform us of any changes to your health or medications since your last appointment or since completing an intake form.

You must follow all post-treatment aftercare instructions provided by your practitioner. We accept no liability for adverse outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare advice.

7. Results and outcomes

All clinical and aesthetic treatments carry inherent variability in outcomes. We cannot guarantee that any specific result will be achieved. Any descriptions or images of typical results on our website or social media are illustrative only and do not constitute a guarantee.

8. Zero-tolerance policy

We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour directed at any member of our team. We reserve the right to refuse treatment and ask any person to leave our premises where this policy is breached. Where applicable, incidents will be reported to the police.

9. Intellectual property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Longeva Clinic or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from your use of our services.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We encourage you to contact us in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on our website. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms were last updated March 2026.
