Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

This statement is made by Two Face Aesthetics Limited (trading as Longeva) in relation to the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Our turnover is currently below the £36 million threshold at which annual reporting is statutorily required. We publish this statement voluntarily because we are a GPhC-registered pharmacy and our supply chain includes prescription medicines and clinical products that we expect to be sourced to the same ethical standard we apply to our own operations.

Our supply chain

We purchase medicines, vaccines and pharmacy stock only from MHRA-licensed UK wholesalers and manufacturers. All suppliers are expected to operate in compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and with the regulatory obligations of their own licences.

Our commitment

We do not tolerate modern slavery or human trafficking in our operations or our supply chain. Staff are encouraged to raise any concern through our internal complaints and whistleblowing routes, without fear of detriment.

Review

This statement is reviewed annually. Where our turnover reaches the statutory threshold, we will publish a full annual statement approved by our board.
