Accessibility statement
Longeva is committed to making this website usable by as wide an audience as possible, regardless of technology or ability.
What we aim for
We design the site to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. In practice this means we check:
- Keyboard navigation through every interactive control.
- Readable type sizes with sensible contrast ratios.
- Descriptive alt text on meaningful images and SVGs.
- Captions and labels that read sensibly out of order, for screen-reader users.
- A skip-to-content link and a clear page-heading hierarchy.
Known limitations
We test in current Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge. Older browsers and assistive technology releases may render elements imperfectly. If you find an area that blocks you, please tell us so we can fix it.
How to report an accessibility issue
Email the team via the contact page or write to Longeva, Unit 1, Chichester Court, Milnrow Road, Rochdale, OL16 1UG. We aim to acknowledge within three working days and to prioritise fixes for anything that prevents access to clinical information or booking.
Enforcement
This statement is voluntary. Longeva is a private clinical service and not a public-sector body, so the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018 do not apply. We nonetheless hold ourselves to the same WCAG standard.
