Consultation fees and appointment deposits

Longeva is a services pharmacy. Consultation fees and deposits are charged in line with the service you book.

• Aesthetics (lower-ticket): £30 deposit. Redeemable against treatment.
• Aesthetics (injectables): £50 deposit. Redeemable against treatment.
• Aesthetics (higher-ticket, £500+): £100 deposit. Redeemable against treatment.
• Vaccinations and travel clinic: full payment at the point of booking. Stock is allocated and carries an expiry risk.
• Pharmacist-led consultations (including weight management and private PGDs): £30 to £50 consultation fee. If suitable for treatment, the fee is deducted from the treatment cost. If not clinically suitable, the consultation fee stands.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable within 24 to 48 hours of the booked appointment. Outside that window, you may reschedule and your deposit carries across.

If a clinician judges a treatment is not clinically appropriate for you, your deposit can be transferred to another treatment. Deposits are not casually refunded.

Faulty products

Where you purchase a physical product, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt if the product is faulty.
