Terms & Conditions of Service

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking. By making a booking with Longeva Wellness you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you and Longeva Wellness, Unit 1 Chichester Court, Milnrow Road, Rochdale, OL16 1UG.

1. Our services

Longeva Wellness provides private pharmacy-led clinical, health and aesthetic services. All clinical services are subject to an appropriate assessment of suitability before treatment or supply. We reserve the right to decline a service where it would not be clinically appropriate, safe or in your best interests.

Where a prescription-only medicine is required, supply is subject to a lawful prescription and appropriate clinical assessment by an authorised prescriber. A prescription or treatment cannot be guaranteed in advance.

We do not provide emergency medical services. In an emergency, call 999.

2. Booking and appointments

Appointments should be booked in advance. Some services may require consultation before treatment. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian where appropriate. You must provide accurate and complete health information relevant to the service.

3. Prices, deposits and payment

Prices and any booking deposits are shown on the relevant service page. Where a deposit is charged, it forms part of the total service price unless expressly stated otherwise. Any remaining balance is payable in accordance with the booking information supplied to you.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

Our Booking Policy applies to appointments and should be read alongside these terms. Cancellation or non-attendance may result in loss of a deposit or other charges where stated in the Booking Policy and permitted by law.

5. Clinical suitability and consent

Clinical treatment is subject to assessment and informed consent. You may ask questions and may withdraw consent before treatment. We may decline or postpone treatment where clinically appropriate.

6. Medical information and aftercare

You must provide relevant information about your medical history, medicines, allergies and changes in health. Where aftercare advice is provided, you should follow it and contact us if you have concerns.

7. Results and outcomes

Clinical and aesthetic outcomes vary between individuals and no specific result can be guaranteed.

8. Behaviour

We do not tolerate abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other patients and reserve the right to refuse service where necessary.

9. Intellectual property

Website content, including text, images, logos and graphics, is protected by intellectual property law and may not be reproduced without permission unless otherwise permitted by law.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be available on this website.
