Why assessment is important
Your condition, treatment, destination and itinerary can affect infection risk, vaccine suitability and how well some vaccines are expected to work. Certain live vaccines may not be suitable for some immunocompromised people.

Please bring an up-to-date medicines list and relevant information about your condition or treatment. Do not stop or alter prescribed medicines in preparation for travel unless advised by the clinician responsible for your care.
Referral when appropriate
